Conclusion
I had a fantastic time. The hotel could have been a little nicer, but the manager of the hotel personally responded to concerns I had expressed in a post-checkout survey. I was not pleased with the Internet situation, thus why I didn't post but once during the event.
Toronto is a significantly larger city than Columbus, so the attendance at the first Ontario Linuxfest was considerably larger by comparison to the first Ohio Linuxfest. I'm excited for next year—Toronto is definitely within driving distance, and the conference was very, very well-organized.
I hope that, in the future, Ontario Linuxfest will be free to attend, at least for students. Yeah, I'll be a grad student for another year or two, and I'd like to bring more people with me, but an admission fee can be a little steep on top of an already expensive hotel charge.
I give a big thanks and kudos to the organizers of Ontario Linuxfest and thank them for their work and time. It was a great event, and I can't wait to go next year.

Afterword
I have pictures of many of the slides from the talks which I attended. I'm in the process of collecting permission to post these pictures. They'll be on the
staff blog when I get permission.
